In 2020, Vietnam's population reached 77.6 million, and by 2023, it has risen to 100 million (an average increase of about 1 million people per year). This indicates a rapid and relatively high population density compared to land area, creating significant pressure on managing and developing the socio-economic aspects.
Năm 2020, quy mô dân số nước ta đạt 77,6 triệu người, và năm 2023 nó đã tăng lên đạt mốc 100 triệu người ( Trung bình dân số Việt Nam tăng khoảng 1 triệu/năm). Điều này cho thấy mật độ dân số ở Việt Nam tăng nhanh và khá cao so với diện tích đất, gây áp lực lớn đối với việc quản lý và phát triển kinh tế xã hội.
Land area adjustments also affect the scale of urban development. When large land areas are insufficient, there is a need for urbanization, the construction of infrastructure, and new urban areas. This creates numerous job opportunities, facilitating education, healthcare, and entertainment, and one of the developing industries to meet urbanization needs is the elevator industry, a pursuit undertaken by our company, Fujitech.
