The project is located in Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province, and is invested by Kim Oanh Group. Handong E&C will serve as the General Contractor, responsible for executing the structural works, finishing, and MEP systems (including commercial housing and adjacent social housing), contributing to the development of a Singapore-standard urban area – "Tam Xanh" in the heart of Binh Duong.
